Loan Policy

Applicants must be aged 18 to 75, hold an active MoMo wallet, and be registered with a verified Ugandan mobile number (+256).

Facilities range from USh 50,000 minimum to USh 5,000,000 maximum.

Facilities are priced at 18% per annum reducing balance. Tenures available are 6, 12, 18, 24 and 36 months.

Eligibility is verified automatically against your MoMo wallet status, credit score, wallet history and transaction volume. Sufficient funds must be maintained in the wallet throughout verification.

Approved funds are credited to the applicant's MoMo wallet within 24 hours. Instalments are collected by standing order on the same date each month.

Accounts in arrears attract a penalty of 2% per month on the overdue amount and are reported to the credit registry in line with Bank of Uganda requirements.
